Tom W. Barron was born and raised in Newnan, Georgia where his family has been in the real estate business since 1948. He is a third-generation real estate services professional. Tom got his start in real estate in 2001 in Atlanta, Georgia with NAI Brannen Goddard, a Commercial Real Estate Firm. Tom Attended Mercer University in Macon, Georgia where he received a BA degree in 2001. Tom specializes in Residential, Land, Commercial, and Industrial and Retail Real Estate in Coweta County and surrounding counties. Tom is the #1 individual Realtor in Newnan and Coweta County since 2005, Realtor of the Year in 2012. Tom is married to Kristin Langley of Macon, Georgia and he has three children. - Meghan ProctorTom Barron was brought on my dad's estate, to sell his house. We wanted to use our own realtor, but we were told we could not use them, and were forced to use Tom. I will forever regret not fighting for my own realtor. Manual lock boxes were put on the home, so there was no accurate track of who all went in and out of the home. Keys were left in the doors, doors were left wide open to the elements, and the wildlife, doors left unlocked multiple times, windows were left cracked open, homeless people were allowed to live in the home behind our backs, with zero knowledge of them living there. They flooded the guesthouse, was taking my deceased father's prescriptions, etc. We had to pay for the flooding and damages caused by other people. Tom also sent out an email, falsely accusing me of removing appliances from the home, that he claimed he himself saw removed. Which was untrue. A list of my deceased parents personal belongings that had been gone through without our knowledge, was presented to us, as items people wanted for themselves. It's been the most heartbreaking and frustrating thing I've ever gone through, besides losing both of my parents. For someone to resort to fabricating lies to get their way, with no regard for ethics, is very showing in itself. This was my personal situation, and experience, mine and my family's. I'd like to hope this is a single incident.
